At Rails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
